We use a technology forward approach, triangulating data from multiple sources, mining candidate data, and building unique target lists of 50 – 250 candidates for each search that we take on. Our approach involves deep data mining of information found on sites such as CrunchBase, LinkedIn, Twitter, TechCrunch, industry blogs, conference listings, publications, SEC filings, patents, and any nugget of information that Google search allows us to identify.
We leverage digital communications to quickly communicate to our target list and introduce potential candidates to our client’s opportunity. We understand the response rates to each form of communication – e.g. LinkedIn InMail, personal email, corporate email, etc. – and we consistently receive an overall response rate of 20% -- 40% from our target list.
Once candidates are identified, we then turn back to the traditional means of recruiting potential candidates. We talk to them live. We get to know them. We gain referrals. We make more calls. We present qualified individuals to our clients. We work with both candidates and clients to make a match. We are detailed oriented recruiters who are hands-on in every part of the search process.

Tal Zamir is a seasoned executive recruiter with over 10 years of experience in the field and over 25 years as an entrepreneur and startup operator in New York, Washington, and San Francisco. With a current focus on national security technology, Tal has played a pivotal role in growing the leadership teams at multiple growth stage companies, including ActZero, StackRox, and Saildrone. Currently, Tal is Head of Lightbridge Talent, focused on quantum technology companies, and the Managing Partner of Spring Search Group. Known for a meticulous approach to talent acquisition, Tal Zamir specializes in deep research, identifying best-in-class candidates, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and offering a collaborative approach to clients. Tal holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Search Scope & Fees
Dedicated Search (Retained Fee): Search includes dedicated research, targeting, sourcing – and full, beginning-to-end, search management for all candidates engaged via any source.
Level: C-Level, VP, Director
Total search fee is 30% of base salary (not including bonus, equity) or comparable flat fee.
